CHALLENGE
Astella, one of Brazil’s leading venture capital firms, aimed to create a unique experience in Silicon Valley that reflected its DNA: knowledge-sharing as a tool to co-build the future.
The goal was to connect high-potential Brazilian startups with global investors in an intimate, inspiring environment during the Brazil at Silicon Valley (BSV) conference in April 2025.
SOLUTION
Brand Engagement and Consumer Events

Cuco Agency led the full executive production of the event — from branding and visual identity to on-site execution.
Inspired by a contemporary library, the event took place at Birdie House and featured a minimalist setup designed to foster genuine conversations and meaningful connections.
Cuco curated every detail: technical infrastructure, scenography, logistics, guest management, catering and more — ensuring a high-standard experience on U.S. soil.
